Product Description
1. The production process
Traditional single layer galvanizing technique (complex flux solution treatment)
Wire feeding (disk type/spool type) - electrolytic degreasing - water rinsing - fumeless acidic rinse - water rinsing - drying - hot-dip galvanizing (electricity/natural gas/ liquefied petroleum gas) - wiping (nitrogen/oiled charcoal) - air/water cooling - post treatment (passivation/waxing) - wire take-up (inverted type/spool type)

3. Zinc pot
Considering the heating characteristics of the round-corner zinc pot, the side heating form is adopted. The natural gas high-speed burner is arranged in the diagonal corner of the hot-dip galvanizing furnace. The outlet speed of the combustion product of the high-speed burner can reach 120~160m/s. It mixes with the original flue gas through the furnace space and continuously surrounds the outside of the hot-dip galvanizing pot. With pulse combustion control, it can achieve instantaneous and rapid temperature circulation, and uniform heat conduction evenly transmits heat to every part of the hot-dip galvanizing pot. At the same time, it can be understood that this circulating heat flow mixes and absorbs the local heat generated by the burner combustion, and evenly surrounds the outer wall of the zinc pot in a radial shape, from top to bottom, from front to back, so it can produce uniform and high-efficiency heat transfer effects, greatly improving the life of the zinc pot.
